Keith Wisdom - Building Services Engineer

Keith has 56 years of experience in all types of construction. He is a qualified Building Services Consultant, with the following professional bodies: FCIPHE, CIBSE, and MIoD. Keith is known as a leading expert in heating, ventilation, plumbing, as well as fire engineering, and smoke ventilation.

He has been a Managing Director for 30 years in heating, ventilation, and electrical prefabrication product manufacturing, during which time Keith designed several products that are still used in the industry today. Keith has been in Consultancy Services for the last 26 years, providing all Building Services designs, including Fire Engineering with his own companies, which employed up to 70 staff undertaking consultancy works for many leading Developers and construction companies throughout the UK and Overseas.

Shaun Harris - BSc (Hons), MRICS

Shaun has over 35 years’ experience.  Areas of expertise include pre-acquisition advice, due diligence, and bespoke analysis work, also involving himself in the assessment of a building’s compliance with statute, including Building Regulations. For many years, Shaun has managed complex major refurbishment and renovation contracts. In the last 5 years he has acted as lead consultant on multiple major façade remediation and re-cladding contracts.

Shaun is heavily involved in running and developing façade remediation services, whilst working closely with the façade investigations and technical team. He takes the lead on our Historic Compliance Review services, and in the development of new services to meet new statute and regulatory requirements. Shaun also provides bespoke advice and project management services in situations where projects or contracts have become distressed. Shaun Harris works with arranging funding from the Government Safety Fund, as well as the Waking Watch funding.

Adam Kiziak – BSc (Hons), IENG, MIFireE, MIFSM, MSFPE

Adam is a Principal Consultant, leading a team of Fire Consultants, Fire Engineers, and Surveyors. He undertakes fire risk assessments, EWS1 forms and external façade reviews, fire consultancy and fire engineering, as well as fire compartmentation surveys, fire doors surveys, fire strategy development, and building control assistance.

In 2013, Adam graduated from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) with a first-class Honours degree in Fire Safety and Risk Management. Now, he is part of the IFE Fire Risk Assessor Register Board, a panel member for the review of applications, and lead interviewer. On behalf of IFE, Adam is a member of the BAFE SP205 monitoring group. He is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE), and a council member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) where he holds a full member grade (MIFSM).

Peter Bailey – Senior Fire Engineer

Peter is a Senior Fire Safety Design Engineer and Fire Risk Consultant, with 35 years of experience. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Fire Engineering from UCLAN and specialises in Building Envelope external wall investigations for ESW1, MD of FSEC Ltd, and PBA Ltd UK wide Fire Engineering. Peter is a Specialist in Fire Engineering Building Design, Building Regulations, Fire Strategies, and Fire Safety enforcement. He is a FRACS Exova accredited Fire Risk Assessor and NAFRAR with the IFSM plus BAFE SP205 accreditation company scheme and holds Intrusive level 2 – 4 fire compartmentation inspections.

Peter is a Member by exam with endorsement papers of the (IFE) & The Institute of Fire Safety Managers, Nebosh General certificate holder with distinction, Fire Engineering and Compartmentation trainer, LABC partners for Building Regs compliance, and a Member of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce. He was Regional Secretary of The Yorks/Humber IFE Branch 1994 -98. Peter retired from West Yorkshire Fire Service after 30 years as a Fire Safety Manager with an Honours degree (2.1) in Fire Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire (Dissertation: Small Scale Flashover Experimental Techniques). His team comprises of Fire and Building Control Engineers, working with Government projects for prisons and, lately, fire prevention in the Eurotunnel. They have also been dealing with EWS1 inspections and certifications.
